There are 3 different age groups for LAF: 7-9 years old, 10-12 years old, and teenagers.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located in Washington, DC, at 5185 MacArthur Blvd NW, suite 101.
Enter the building on the ground level next to Starbucks. Then use the stairs or elevator to go down one level, and we are at the end of the hallway to your left.
Where do I park?
We have a drop off loop in front of the building.
For longer term parking, use our rooftop parking lot. The entrance to the alley is located on Dana Place.
Go all the way down to the end and park in any of the numbers parking spaces.
How do I know it's right for me?
Some kids just don’t want to play sports.
